Dr. Lucas Hill

Dr. Lucas Hill is a Researcher and Evaluator at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research at the University of Wisconsin Madison. In this role, he is responsible for program assessment and research for NSF-funded projects such as the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance, an alliance that aims to foster a more inclusive and equitable academy through professional development and institutional culture change. Dr. Hill's research focuses on how collaborative reform, organizational change, and learning can lead to improvements in STEM education.
