Learning More About Rare Childhood Cancers
So far, this site contains various of resources that specifically mention Rhabdomyosarcoma, Pancreatoblastoma and, Mesothelioma. As more rare cancers are researched by me, more information and resources about said cancers will be posted and updated.

Rhabdomyosarcoma, also known as RMS, is a rare type of cancer that mostly occurs only in children. This cancer often is located in head and neck structures, although it is possible for the tumors to arise almost anywhere in the body.

Pancreatoblastoma is a very rare type of cancer that originates from the epithelial exocrine cells of the pancreas. Although rare, it is the most common pancreatic tumor that occurs in children.

Mesothelioma is a cancer that forms in the thin tissue that lines certain internal organs in the body. Typically, it is very rare for children to develop mesothelioma, as two-thirds of people who are diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma are 65 or older. Mesothelioma is so rare in children that the few cases that do exist are not even reported in the National Cancer Institute's Database.
