SUJETOS Y DISCURSOS: IDEOLOGÍAS, ACCIÓN SOCIAL Y PROPUESTAS CRÍTICAS EN LA CULTURA Y LA EDUCACIÓN CONTEMPORÁNEAS,

CSUB / INSTITUTO DE GOBIERNO Y DESARROLLO, BENEMÉRITA UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE PUEBLA

Abstract: In the contemporary context, the intersection between subjects and discourses has become a crucial field of study to understand how ideologies are configured, how social action is promoted and what critical proposals arise in culture and education. This analysis allows a deep understanding of power dynamics, the formation of identities, and resistance to dominant structures. In all these discourses, ideologies can be studied, which are systems of ideas that articulate a vision of the world and are reflected and perpetuated through these discourses, powerful tools for forming subjectivities and legitimating certain political and social perspectives. The studies in this book are divided into two parts. On the one hand, those focused on the media and cultural manifestations, such as literature and cinema, powerful and effective means of transmitting and questioning ideologies and systems. In another section, several reflections, analyses, and proposals from the world of education are included. In this area, the discourses articulated in the curriculum, teaching materials, and pedagogical practices reflect and perpetuate specific ideologies.
