The Principles of Digital Animation course provides students with an awareness of animation and other 3D industries, as well as preliminary hands-on experience in animation production. This is a collection of openly licensed videos created by Gregory Marlow for the Principles of Digital Animation course taught during the Fall 2019 semester. For ease of adopting and adapting, the streaming version is embedded for each video and the original video and subtitle files are available to download.

All files have been researched by our staff and users to make sure they are copyright free and in the public domain. To start downloading just register an account and enjoy these great comic books. We do not charge per download and the goal of this project is to archive these comic books online and make them widely available.

The National Film Board of Canada (NFB) is an excellent archival film collection featuring hundreds of full-length features, documentaries, and animated stories filmed from a Canadian point-of-view for you to enjoy watching. Note: NFB is the originator/creator of the "Documentary film" genre. NFB's Campus currently provides educational programming for schools in Canada. Next year, NFB's Campus will be offering their educational service to schools in the U.S.A. beginning in January 2015 (educational/ institutional fee required). Campus's programmatic online digital experience with its content capsules based on the grade level and age of students makes it easier for teachers to choose and integrate appropriate film media into their lesson plans and classrooms.
Krita is a free and open source cross-platform application that offers an end-to-end solution for creating digital art files from scratch. Krita is optimized for frequent, prolonged and focused use. Explicitly supported fields are illustrations, concept art, matte painting, textures, comics, and animations. Developed together with users, Krita is an application that supports their artistic needs and workflow. Krita supports open standards and interoperates with other applications.
