For Teachers: Using the Library in Class
All 130 lessons and their printable worksheets are free for classroom use — no registration, no advertising, no student accounts. This page shows the fastest ways to build them into a business-English course. The materials are designed to slot into your existing course, not to replace it: use them for homework, differentiation, or cover lessons.
Each interactive lesson takes a learner about 5-10 minutes and is built as ten small steps ("bricks") with instant feedback. The matching PDF worksheet repeats the language on paper — hand it out as homework or use it for learners without devices. Worksheets exist in an English-only and a German-support version, so mixed-language classes can work from the same lesson.
1. Flipped grammar. Assign the interactive lesson before class (learners self-check), then spend class time on the speaking prompts from the worksheet.
2. Mixed-level groups. The same topic exists at several CEFR levels — for example meetings at A2, B1 and B2. Give each learner the level the placement test suggests, and debrief together.
3. Listening homework that marks itself. Each podcast episode ends in a 6-8 question comprehension test with explanations tied to the exact moment in the dialogue. Assign an episode a week; no marking required.
The free placement test (about 15 minutes, no registration) returns a CEFR level you can use directly with the library's level tags. Have each learner take it before the first session and expect a spread — a "B1 class" typically runs A2-B2. Match materials by level, then re-test after a term: level movement (for example A2 to B1) is a concrete, external measure of progress that learners find motivating.
