Exercise
Tecaher will briefly lecture on muscle injury (pulled muscle), tendonitis and teh dangers of anabolic steroids.
Students will then answer the following questions:
A. Compare aerobic exercise with resistance exercise and give two examples of each.
B. What is tendonitis?
C. Do you think athletes should take anabolic steroids to be successful? Why?
