Technical Notes

Teacher will demonstrate the floating and sinking of the aluminum cans (one diet and one regular) prior to students reading about Archimedes. This will be followed by the students building their aluminum boats to float with 50 pennies.

Requirements

Understanding of Scientific Method, math skills for formula development and understanding, basic reading skills.
