French speaking literature websites for high school, community college and university teachers

The objective of this collection is to provide French speaking literature materials for teachers from all over the world from male and female authors. It contains different websites which focus on "la littérature francophone." (French speaking lterature)

Those resources address EDI because they include French speaking literature from all over the world showing than French is not reducted to France, women are included and the resources give poitns of view of what French and French speaking countries are. Moreover the resources allow teachers to provide free resources to students.

This website is very important for a teacher teaching literature who wants to include all the diversity of French speaking authors. It fully addresses EDI as it contains French resources from various French-speaking islands located throughout the world and focuses on the history, society, and literature of those islands. (from the Caribbeans, from the Indian Ocean and the Pacific ocean). Therefore it gives a voice to French speaking authors who are often absent from literature classes.

Books are not only in french but in other languages such as English for example. It addresses EDI as it offers a large panel of novels and resources from different authors and different background. It is a great complement to la bibliothèque numérique de TV5Monde because students can compare the same book in different languages which contributes to EDI.
