Inclusive Education Resources

This collection is designed for undergraduate students in teaching credential programs who are researching how to make teaching and education more inclusive. The six modules provide resources on diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, inclusive classrooms, culturally and linguistically diverse learners, and inclusive teaching practices.

The resources can be used instructionally to build foundational knowledge, support classroom discussions and reflection, and provide practical strategies that future teachers can apply to lesson planning, classroom management, and interactions with students. They can also be used for independent learning or as supplemental materials in teacher education courses.

The collection addresses EDI by helping future educators understand how identity, culture, disability, language, discrimination, and unconscious bias can affect students' educational experiences. Together, the resources encourage teachers to recognize barriers to inclusion and develop teaching practices that promote equitable access, participation, and belonging for diverse learners.
