This database is a great website for students to use at home when learning about classification. This site provides useful links for more info on a species, as well as a link to a virtual museum. Also has resources for teachers including critical thinking exercises. While students explore this site, they can learn about the classification of organisms just by searching for a species based on its characteristics.
