The first half of the site contains dozens of the most important formulas that are encountered in algebra. The formulas are organized by group and are all clearly stated. The second half contains a list of common mistakes that algebra students make. It is clear the author has plenty of experience teaching algebra since the list of mistakes is well thought out. In addition to this list, a slightly different set of errors (including general attitude and study errors) are available as a link from the algebra class notes portion of this site. Concerns:
Included in the list are descriptions of the graphs of the most common equations. Instead of just describing the graphs, it would have been better to have included a representative graph of each type.

This site is just a pdf document, so there is no learning curve to read it. The organization of the formulas does make it easy to find a formula that a student may be looking for. Students would also benefit from simply studying the entire list of errors
Concerns:
Although this is useful as a pdf printed document, a student who is using it online may want the interactivity that can come with a web based resource.
