With the increasing prevalence of the Internet, it is very important for young learners to understand that as “digital citizens,” they should use technology and information responsibly. What are the issues that the young learners need to be aware of? How do you, as a teacher candidate, teach your future students to use computer technologies (particularly the Internet) responsibly? In this webquest, learners work in a group of four to answer these two questions.
The webquest format was developed by Professor Bernie Dodge at San Diego State University.
