Overview:

This is a great site for learning all about plants. It has crafts, printout coloring pages, etc. It allows teachers to create physical content for the classroom. This would be a great site for students to gain an appreciation of plants at an early age. The site contains a very general introduction to trees, grasses, flowering plants, and desert plants. The site includes anatomical information on monocot and dicot plants. It also contains worksheets and crafts information. It is rated as for Grades 2-6

The material at this site is mostly for reference and includes pictures, descriptions, and a collection of worksheets for different activities for different grade levels.
