Type of material includes, point and click reference material based on what the user is looking for that provides the user with a dictionary view, encyclopedia view, FAQ’s. The “home, dictionary, and encyclopedia” all provide the same information just in a different layout.
For example, in looking at Change & Organization from the home screen, the user will be directed too many theories and models. Once the user finds the theory or model they are sent to that subject’s knowledge center for more information.
Within the knowledge Center, the user will be greeted with the contents of the page which is the model or theory definition and the theorist associated with the model or theory along with a forum and special interest groups, best practices, expert tips, and additional resources.
Word of caution, they do continuously request that you register for their site every 15 seconds and do block out material if you refuse to register with their site.

• The theories and information are up to date.
• There are lots of opportunities to learn about terminology in human resources management.
• Graphics are used where needed to give a visual aid to students.
Concerns:
• There are no references mentioned in the site to validate and give creditability to the source.
• The information is presented nicely but it is very general information and lacks depth.
• A couple of links lead to nothing - i.e., the Myers Briggs information.
• Some parts of the site need you to register.

• This resource can be used in the classroom to provide information about a general theory or model.
• The identification of the learners who would benefit most from this are identified.
• A faculty can find places where to use this material in his/her curriculum.
Concerns:
• This is truly a collection, without directions on how to learn the material or how to make connections.
• A faculty will have to point how terms and exercises are related to one another, it is not obvious how many of these topics are interrelated.
• Since it is a collection, a student is not taken from one topic to another in any linear fashion, this can be good or bad depending on how used by the faculty member.

• The creators do a nice job of explaining how to use the resource on the first page.

• The site is interactive in regards to having a multitude of topics a student can learn about in the world of human resources management.
• The site allows printing of the material so a student can use it offline.
Concerns:
• This site is not very engaging or interactive.
• This site is not very visually appealing with some low quality pictures associated with each page.
• The site does not have any assessment tools for some of the topics - a student would have to find those separately (i.e., the Johari window has not assessment).
• The system requires signing up in order to get to certain sections Instructions are not present for leading a student to resources if the student needs t leave to do an assessment, etc.
Other Issues and Comments:
• This is a good resource and the intention of the resource is to provide information.
