Values test is a great starting point to help individuals align with identified or outcome values. Great learning material to self-reflect and develop plan of action to either maintain or develop areas to position oneself with career values
Concerns:
There is a lack of explanation on the reliability or the validity of the instrument (or I did not find this). The outcomes from the value test do not share ideas for follow up actionable steps, rather suggests contacting the company. Based on career value outcome- recommendations should immediately be shared with option to further the interaction with the company.
