Content Quality
Rating:
Strengths:
Content is up-to-date and accurate with the learning objectives. Additionally, the article and checklist selections are good, however, they don't always load. That's a big usability issue.
There are no no real exercises or reflection questions for the learners to ponder upon reading the articles.
Concerns:
The site sometimes loads slowly; quite a few portions of it are archived on another portal. That is not user friendly.
Potential Effectiveness as a Teaching Tool
Rating:
Strengths:
Provides several different resources and examples in reference to business coaching and training. The site has potential as a supplementary resource of collected articles and scenarios. This list should be expanded.
Concerns:
The site seems user friendly at first (links), however, they don't always load properly.
Again, quite a few of the articles are archived on another page and they do not always load right away.
There is really no follow up on any of the materials and it doens't look like that site has been really updated.
Ease of Use for Both Students and Faculty
Rating:
Strengths:
Organized and easy to navigate
Concerns:
The links must be thoroughly checked; perhaps the authors would consider adding reflection exerises for the learners.
