This video provides valuable guidance on choosing the appropriate statistical test simply by answering some questions. What type of data do we have? What type of research question are we considering? How many variables? Are observations independent from each other or purposely paired? Is data normally distributed?
The presenter discusses three dichotomous keys intended to help determine which statistical test should be used. A discussion of how to start creating a dichotomous key like those shared in the video is also provided.
