The Concise Encyclopedia of Business Ethics aims to provide readers with a useful, concise overview of the central concepts and debates in business ethics. Our goal is not to be exhaustive, but to provide key definitions, main areas of controversy, and pointers for further reading. The Encyclopedia is intended to be useful to: students of business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility; scholars working in adjacent fiends (such as economics and law) who are unfamiliar with current work in business ethics; and scholars of business ethics seeking greater understanding of concepts outside their specializations.

The deficiencies in its effectiveness as a teaching tool is that learners need to be research-oriented or interest in research will only benefit from this.

Other Issues and Comments:: The material is more a learning tool than a teaching tool but is a research tool so it needs to be addressed seperately. The material name is connected to business ethics but overall topics does not cover business ethics.
