Rating:
Strengths:: This site includes textbook style pages that go over the basics of vectors. It includes several pictures of vectors that are in full color and clearly show the concepts that they refer to. The wording is well written and easy to understand.
Concerns:: The page is completely static. It would be nice to include interactive visualizations, such as a slider that can be used to change the vector magnitude. For the 3D part it would be helpful to embed interactive visualizations such as CalcPlot3D.

Rating:
Strengths:: An instructor could guide students to this site if they need to learn about the basics of vectors. It is clear and concise, so it along with the other pages on the parent site could be used as the textbook for the pre-calculus class.
Concerns:: It would be helpful to list the learning objectives at the top of the page.

Strengths:: This site is clearly laid out and students will have no problems opening it up and reading it.
Concerns:: Modern students like to learn with more interactive and multimedia learning materials such as videos, animations, and games. It would be helpful to include these or at least include links to them.
