The website is a repository of online virtual presentations on feminism and gender. Web links to five Prezi lectures are accessible and downloadable on the site with additional research on feminism, campus sexual violence, and resources for lecturers and researchers. Feminism 101 lectures are open educational resources.

Concerns:

There are many terms that are lacking definitions which may make it difficult for students to understand the depth of the ideas being communicated - neoliberalism. These would best be used in conjunction with lecture.

Transcripts are available to make the material more accessible. Prezi is used by many to make presentations more dynamic that are thought to engage the audience. Informative summation of diverse topics on feminism and gender are provided (e.g., lectures, testimonials, videos, and images)

Concerns:

The site does not function as a stand-alone resource
Instructors and students will need to use additional learning materials and / or other external resources to re-enforce discipline specific content related to specific course learning outcomes
Not all videos and materials housed on the site contain Creative Common licenses for adoption and integration into curriculum as open educational resources

There are no clear student learning objectives/outcomes for each presentation.

Prezi presentations are easy to navigate and use. There is consistency across the presentations. Transcripts are provided for those unable to view Prezi presentations. Supplemental videos and images are useful and assist learners in identifying additional sources. The repository offers a variety of information on diverse topics related to feminism and gender

Concerns:

Missing instructions on how to navigate the lectures
No instructions for Closed Caption access
Prezi lectures do not play on all e-devices or cell phones
I would have liked to seen some questions posed to students to ponder during the presentation.

Other Issues and Comments:: This website may be considered as a supplemental resource for sociology, gender studies, and social science courses examining issues related to biology, culture, linguistics, relationships, sexuality, social conflicts, and other sociological perspectives.
