This is a series of twenty-five many cases related to accounting topics. Most of the cases are one page in length and easy to read. The cases can be used to stimulate classroom discussions and develop greater understanding in accounting topics.

Author provides audience with very interesting and relevant mini-case studies that allows the teaching/learning of accounting, auditing and ethical concepts.
Most of the cases provided relevant and timely information.
The cases are very adaptable for homework, in-class or team assignment.
The cases are short and easily readable.
Concerns:
I do have an exception with the, “Don’t Play Games!” case. Not everyone would know this, but since I have worked in the industry, Medicare does not pay at charges invoked by a nursing home. Rather, Medicare pays for patients receiving therapy and pays according to designated RUG rates.

Since the cases are short, they could easily be added as an in-class assignment after a topic is introduced in the class.
The cases could also be used as a measure of extra credit for class.
