Each linked site has information about and some links to national and international organizations, genetic counselors, children and teen sites, and advocacy. The site is designed for professionals, educators and individuals. The site consists of over 550 internal pages and over 2000 external links. The vast majority of the external links were functioning. The site is maintained by a Genetic Counselor with support from an advisory panel of geneticists and librarians, as well as technical support from University of Kansas Pulse development unit.
