This is an interesting and well written module. Each of the problem solving techniques to explained well and is effectively illustrated through the use of an example. The module discusses and explains the circumstances where which each of these different techniques could be used.
Concerns:
The main concern is the lack of reference to academic sources (outside of Porter). However, this is common on commercial sites. The site should make an effort to strengthen its content by consulting and assimilating academic research on the subject.
