This site contains an interactive game whose objective is to move all the markers (sliders) on one side of the board to another side of the board using the minimal amount of cards from the deck. Each card drawn produces a target fraction and a player can move a marker so that the sum of the moves is a fraction that is less than or equal to the target fraction. By playing the game a user develops and improves basic skills of fraction addition and comparison.
Concerns:
There is no negative feedback given if the player breaks the rules and puts moves the slider farther than the fraction permits. Even if every move was an error, the computer still says the game was completed successfully and congratulates the player.
