The app does what it advertises. It makes lines on images. There is a selection of colors and the lines can be adjusted for with. It works on both iPhones and iPads that were made previous to iPhone 5 and iPad Air.
The app could be used in some special circumstances such as to depict details in artwork or architecture, or to label images.
Concerns:
There are problems with the app working correctly on the iPhone 5 and iPad Air.

Because it is basic, there is less to learn which makes it useful in primary grade instruction. If the teacher plans in advance, the app can used in a variety of learning situation and integrated into the curriculum. Instructors could make images for labeling or students could make them for each other.
Concerns:
Users of newer devices, both young and old, will run into problems. It should not be used with iPhone 5 or iPad Air because the app has does not function properly.

The design appears clean with icons that can be understood quickly. Paint-plus for thicker line, minus for thinner lines; Photo icon for selecting images from your device's photos or camera icon to take image and then draw on it. Trash can to delete.

The app is basic and does not claim to do more than basics. However, it is so basic that users can find other apps for the same price that can do what this one does and more.
