This is a short training program on how to write effective goals. It also has an exercise to assess learning.

This is a PowerPoint presentation which includes a short introduction and a drag and drop test.
Recommended Uses:

Use for goal writing, goal development, employee meetings, job skills training and for training personnel to understand necessary elements of goals Use in management and HR education as supplemental information to support learning modules
Technical Requirements:

it is a PowerPoint presentation on the web and so browsing skill is needed as well as a current browser. IE version 11 and Firefox version 5 browsers were used in the review.

This is an interactive that provides good training on writing effective goals. It provides good questions to ask in forming goals, and provides an element of fun when matching what is missing in a goal statement.
Concerns:

Sometimes the right answer is not accepted by the game right away.

It is an effective training on formulating goals that are effective. It gives you a few exercises to practice writing goals. The program is short, the material is easy and specific to the topic.
Concerns:

When the right answer isn't recognized and accepted by the game right away, students may wonder if there is a problem - or feel they don't understand at all.

Concerns:

Again - the occasional dispute of the game not accepting the right answer immediately.
Other Issues and Comments:

This material is good in terms of writing a goal, not as good in explaining why and how we determine what to write.
