Divided into thirteen categories, the Jewish Virtual Library’s contents are an educational tool, primarily for students taking the Birthright trop to Israel. Contents include the Tanakh (OT), information on Jewish Holy Days, politics, history, and terminology. The reference materials include bibliographies and biographical sketches. In essence, the Jewish Virtual Library is an extensive encyclopedia with hypertext links throughout to other articles on the site and on the web.
