Overview:: This is an online quiz to measure the assertiveness of an individual. An explanation of assertiveness is provided first. Then a 21 question quiz appears, which is said to take 10 minutes. The quiz is easily answered by clicking on radio buttons. Respondents also have to complete demographic questions for research purposes. Once completed, the assessment automatically appears. One can buy a complete report for $4.95.

Strengths:: • Questions were simple & straight forward and laid out in a simple and engaging way. • Overall seems to give an accurate assessment of an individual's assertiveness level. • Students can quickly answer questions
Concerns:: • No citation for where questions came from (affects validity and reliability • Results of test provided in short paragraph (4 sentences)

Rating:
Strengths:: • The ability to gain insights on your character is valuable--especially when the initial test is free!! • Could be quickly used in class • Could spur discussions in class or discussion forum about assertiveness • Students can self-assess
Concerns:: • Very short assessment of assertiveness • Not a lot of information is provided about assertiveness • Could discuss positive and negative aspects of being assertive.

Rating:
Strengths:: • Very easy to use and navigate through the questions. • The website was laid out simply for all regular users. • Radio buttons quickly accept answer • Can be completed in less than 10 minutes
Concerns:: • It would have been nice to get the complete report without having to actually buy it.

Other Issues and Comments:: Can quickly get a short analysis of how assertive one is. Could then use to discuss what the value is of assertiveness in the work world.
