A strong resource with a lot of readings from Pre-Civil War American Literature.  It focuses mainly on the establish classics which means you might want to find additional materials.  They provide introductions to each of the authors discussed.  They also provide the content in several formats (HTML, PDF, ePub).  It would be useful for them to have a clearly defined table of contents with each author and work, rather than just genres and themes.
