I am an English teacher and a graduate student in the Educational Technology program. I have created a web site for the English Language Arts Assessment preparation. The web site pinpoints student needs of developing abilities and provides a strategy to improve on those needs. It is a step-by-step plan to identify areas of concern in the English Language Arts. With this information, activities are provided in order to enhance achievement. I have also created a WebQuest that allows students to acquire speech writing skills. The English Language Arts Assessment Exam requires that students are able to listen, speak, and write for written expression. This quest is designed to equip students with the necessary tools to analyze, synopsize, and evaluate the written word through collaborative learning.
