Once telecommunications capabilities are installed on K-12 campuses, they are often underutilized. I work with SBC Pacific Bell customers to train administrators, teachers, librarians, and other staff on the effective use of Internet and videoconferencing technology in education. Part of my current job is to manage Blue Web'n, a library of internet resources for K-14 educators.
