    Developing peer mediation in schools regionally with trained retired, semi-retired or part-time volunteer professionals. Peer mediation reduces violence and behavior problems in schools. It also increases academic performance, self-esteem, responsibility and attendance, service learning. Peer mediation levels diversity issues and provides students with communication skills for employment as well as family and commmunity life.
