    Compile various types of teaching manuals for use in the automotive and poultry manufacturing industry. The main focus at present is the development of skill and developing the accepted participants to become more involved in the various processes with regard to production. the current modules which I teach are: Mission direct work teams; FMEA; SPC; SOP various setting of machinery and completing the required documentation for the various processes. South Africa needs more skilled profesionals and this is a rung in the ladder for those who want to develop and mature in industry.
