SKILLS & POSITIONS<br/>Bill Graziadei Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of the State University of New York (SUNY), Chief Learning Officer/Senior e-Learning Consultant; director of distance learning, online developer/instructor/trainer, (e)learning implementation specialist and have analyzed, designed, developed and implemented learning strategies to support a wide range of learning formats, including classroom based learning, e-learning and mobile learning with an emphasis on AICC and SCORM (universal delivery) conformant distributed learning environments; developed courses and taught online and trained instructors at many of the 64 SUNY campuses, made presentations at national and international symposia, published numerous (e)learning and scientific articles and papers and continue to develop and revise online courses and training using both asynchronous (Blackboard, TopClass, WebCT) and synchronous systems (Centra, Elluminate, HorizonLive, LearnLinc, NetMeeting, WebTrain, WebEx); worked with both business and educational institutions that are interested in using asynchronous and/or synchronous web-based instruction to enhance their strategic (e)learning environments; 26 years experience as a professor in the SUNY system and more than 20 years of hands-on teaching, learning and technology consulting experience that involved the implementation of enterprise systems for higher education institutions (Pennsylvania State System, San Francisco State University, Deakin University - Melbourne Austalia, University of West Indies and others) and Global 2000 companies (Nokia, Dow, Bayer, ST Microelectonics, and others); dedicated and accomplished educator (general biology, molecular biology, immunology, information/educational technology); received the 1978 SUNY Chancellors Award for Excellence in Teaching - Science and Technology / Information Technology / IT Infrastructure / Computer Information Systems (Advanced)
