A very useful resource. The sample interview in the video substantively demonstrates how a behavioral interview encourages a job candidate to describe a job experience at a high level of detail, thus improving an interviewer's ability to gauge a candidate's KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.)
