VideoCritter is a free online YouTube Video Captions Creator/Editor. It creates subtitles and closed-captioning that can be translated into other languages. Users can create captions, edit captions, or translate captions by copying and pasting the YouTube video’s URL into the input box and clicking “Get Video” and following the website’s instructions on how to use the tools and features. VideoCritter can also create captions for non-YouTube videos just as long as the user has the URL to the video.
