CoventorWare is a suite of MEMS design tools used by numerous MEMS and microfluidics manufacturers and by university partners. CoventorWare methodology enables schematic-based behavioral modeling and detailed 3-D multi-physics numerical analysis to support virtually every MEMS application, from automotive sensors to RF devices, optical MEMS to microfluidics. Coventor offers both commercial and educational/academic programs. The educational version of the software is offered at a deep discount to commercial pricing to promote use and adoption.
