Neuroscience for Kids: Taste Gustation

In this activity (2nd activity on the page), learners explore how the nose is responsible for part of the flavor we taste in food. One learner is blindfolded and holds her nose as she tastes an apple or pear slice. The learner is challenged to identify the mystery food.
