Does Air Weigh Anything?

Does Air Weigh Anything?

The demonstration/experiment provides quick proof that air has mass. Learners measure the mass of a 2-liter bottle attached with special "Fizzkeeper" cap before and after extra air molecules are pumped into the bottle. Learners will discover that when you use the pump cap, more air molecules are pumped into the bottle, which increases the pressure and the mass. In this experiment, you can easily increase the mass of the bottle by a few grams--a measurable amount!
