The investigations "were designed to build students' knowledge of Earth Science concepts�and to raise student awareness of Earth as a system of interconnected components and processes." On the site, visitors will find information on passive and active imaging, orbiting cameras, multispectral imaging. This is an excellent site for any Earth Science classroom as an introductory lecture or out-of-class exploration.
