The Nanotech Academy Activity I: Photolithography

This lesson plan from the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge (NACK) Center will show students how light can be used to pattern areas using light sensitive layers. Three activities related to photolithography are included in this lesson sheet. A list of materials required for the experiments is also included. The activity should take about 30 minutes of classroom time. This and all other resources from the NACK Center require a fast, easy, free log-in.
