The Centro Virtual Cervantes open textbook is being utilized in a Spanish linguistics course for graduate students by Carmen Jany, Ph.D. at CSUSB. The Centro Virtual Cervantes is an online platform that has been maintained by the Cervantes Institute in Spain for the past 20 years. It is dedicated to posting materials on the Spanish language and Hispanic Cultures proving valuable sources for Spanish professors and students. The site includes articles from 5 categories: Teaching, Literature, Language, Arts, Sciences. For this course, readings from the Teaching part were selected.
