eXeLearning 2.0 is a free and open source software tool under GLP-2 allowing teachers and educators to author and edit Open Educational Resources (OER) content. eXeLearning 2.0 has several useful features allowing you to:  create or develop accessible contents in HTML or HTML 5 format; generate complete websites (navigable web pages); include interactive contents (different types of questions and activities); export the contents into different formats (ePub, IMS or SCORM and XLIFF); and to classify or catalog educational contents according to different metadata models (Dublin Core, LOM, LOM-ES).
