The American Diabetes Association provides a great deal of information about Diabetes and how to manage the disease process, but also provides information on how to avoid being diagnosed with Diabetes.  The link provided will take you to a Diabetes risk assessment which will provide questions about you and your medical history while scoring, based on your responses.  Your score will determine if you are at risk for developing Diabetes.  Once you have taken the test, there are several more videos and materials that will teach you lifestyle modifications that are achieveable and can prevent the development of Diabetes.
