A team of Oregon librarians has developed an OER FAQ website that is linked from the menu bar of openoregon.org. The target audience is faculty wanting to learn more about finding, using, or creating OER; they may be able to answer their questions on their own through the FAQ, or they may realize that they need more help and find local or statewide contact info on the site. 

Each content page has a unique URL, so users can copy/paste or link to specific information when answering questions.

The major categories of questions are:

• How do I find OERs?
• How do I use OERs?
• How do I create OERs?
• I have questions about the basics of OERs.
• Help
