We are excited to share a new curriculum, which features multiple units to facilitate the planning, development and implementation of a robust open textbook publishing program. Info includes how to:

• Structure a textbook with consistent instructional design elements
• Incorporate universal design and accessibility from the beginning
• Manage timelines, author communications and other skills
• Evaluate what production services you're in a position to offer

A general orientation to publishing, institutional examples and reflective questions are also included. This is an iterative curriculum, and is being developed as part of the Open Textbook Network Publishing Cooperative. The Co-op includes teams from nine institutions working together to grow open textbook publishing expertise in higher education, and increase the availability of free, open textbooks for use by instructors and students across the world.
