I found this when looking for data interpretation tools to use with my upper division genetics students in their first Zoom lab. I having my students read the recent book review in the American Scientist "Combating Specious Ideas" by Greg Laden reviewing Rutherford's "How to Argue with a Racist: What Genes Do (and don't) tell us about Human Difference." This is a perfect accompanying exercise that I plan to use. The educator resources provide valuable and easy to implement background information, suggestions for interpreting graph, and discussion questions. The Student handout is accessible and allows students to insert their observations, notes, and questions but I would have liked to have additional assessment tools included and opportunities for students to explore beyond the data.
