"Older Workers:  Some Best Practices and Strategies for Retaining Older Workers" is a report which presents testimony before the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging.  It describes Key Obstacles, Best Practices and Lessons Learned, and ends with Strategies to Help Order Workers. Key issues in the report highlight how to attract older workers into employment that would be the most suitable with their work/life desire, and how to create more flexibility in order to enact this objective.  Many suggestions from hearing participants are provided.
