We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children's Activity & Nutrition) is a national program designed to help children 8 to 13 years old stay at a healthy weight. Because research demonstrates that parents and caregivers are the primary influence on this age group, the We Can! website provides parents and caregivers with resources to encourage youth to eat healthy diets, increase physical activity, and reduce screen time. Materials designed to promote healthy weights in youth of diverse populations are also available for use by organizations, community groups, and health professionals. Evidence-based educational programs, support materials, training opportunities, and other resources can be accessed on this website.
