Lee Ann Helsing (Student)

Observing the weather this way is so much more exciting than the traditional method of filling in a daily graph.  I imagine that students will feel very motivated by this lesson because they will have a real purpose to collect data for their weather report. I like the way this lesson gives students a chance to step into the shoes of a weather reporter.  I also like the way a product is created that can be shared with families at home.  I would definitely use this lesson in my classroom.
